  • Experiment where subjects held vials of DNA only changed (DNA was wound or unwound) when subjects held BOTH heightened emotional states and clear objectives/intentions that were in alignment
    • An intentional thought needs an energizer/catalyst, which is an elevated emotion
  • The quantum field responds when we combine an elevated emotion with an open heart and a conscious intention with clear thought
    • The quantum field respond to who we are being
  • All potential experiences exist as electromagnetic signatures and there are an infinite number
    • The goal is to change your state of being to match the frequency pattern of energy (electromagnetic signature) of the potential in the quantum field

3: Overcoming Your Body

  • If we cannot think greater than how we feel, we can never change
    • To change is to think greater than how we feel
    • To change is to act greater than the familiar feelings of the memorized self
    • To change is to be greater than the body

4: Overcoming Time

  • In the present, all potentials exist simultaneously in the field
    • When we stay present, when we are “in the moment,” we can move beyond space and time, and we can make any one of those potentials a reality

5: Survival vs. Creation

  • Survival-oriented emotions (emotions = energy in motion) are lower-frequency or lower-energy emotions
    • They vibrate at lower wavelengths and ground us into being physical
    • We become denser, heavier, more corporeal, because the energy causes us to vibrate more slowly
  • Higher-frequency waves vibrate faster so they are closer to vibratory rate of energy and farther away from that of matter
  • Faster wavelength = more elevated emotion
  • Slower wavelength = survival emotion
  • Emotions are the chemical signature of an experience
    • If someone clings to an emotion, the body will continue to react as though it is still experiencing events that caused them to feel that emotion
    • Therefore if the body’s reaction to the chemicals of that emotion disrupted the function of certain genes and the reaction is sustained while the person clings to the emotion signalling the same disrupted reaction of genes, might the body eventually develop a physical condition?
  • To initiate a step of creation, move into a state of wonder, contemplation, possibility, reflection, speculation by asking:
    • What would it be like to…?
    • What is a better way to be…?
    • What if I was this person, living in this reality?
    • Who in history do I admire, and what were his/her admirable traits?
  • When you’re living in survival, you try to control/force an outcome (which is what the ego does)
    • When you’re living in an elevated emotion of creation, you feel lifted to the point where you do not analyze how of when a chosen destiny will arrive – you trust that it will happen because you have already experienced it in mind and body (in thought and feeling)

6: Three Brains: Thinking to Doing to Being

  • Pick a potential in the quantum field and get in touch with how it would feel if you were experiencing it
    • Use thought and feeling to embody that future self so vividly that you emotionally condition your body to believe that you are that person now
      • Who do you want to be?
      • What would it feel like to be this ideal self?
      • What would it feel like to have this ideal experience?

7: The Gap

  • “A memory without the emotional charge is called wisdom.”

8: Meditation, Demystifying the Mystical, and Waves of Your Future

  • What is a greater expression of myself that I would like to be?
    • Process of contemplating on this question build new neurological networks
    • As you plan your actions, speculate on novel possibilities, conjure up innovative ways of being and dream of new states of mind and body, you turn your thoughts into an internal experience
    • It will program your mind as though the experience of being your new self has already been realized in your brain
    • Repeating this process every day allows your ideal to become a familiar state of mind

10: Open the Door to Your Creative Self

  • Step 1: Induction
    1. Focus on the location or orientation of your body in space
      • Progress from body part to body part to sense and become aware of the space that each occupies
      • Also sense the density, the weight/heaviness/volume of the space it occupies
      • The movement from part to part and the emphasis on the spaces within spaces is key
    2. Become aware of teardrop-shaped area surrounding your body, and the space it takes up
    3. Become aware of the area that the room you are in occupies in space and sense the volume that it fills
  • Why
    • Concentrating first on the body and its orientation in space, then moving from individual parts to volume of perimeter of space surrounding the body and eventually focusing on the entire room allows the brain to move into a highly coherent Alpha wave state
  • Emphasis on words: sense, notice, feel, become aware of, become conscious of, attend to, volume, density, perimeter of space, weight of space

11: Prune Away the Habit of Being Yourself

  • Step 2: Recognizing
    • Explore aspects of yourself that you would like to change
    • Choose an emotion to unmemorize
    • Observe how the unwanted emotion feels in your body
      • Emotions are end products of experiences
    • Define the state of mind associated with the emotion
  • Step 3: Admitting and declaring
    • Admitting: acknowledge your true self
      • Admitting faults and failures to yourself and universal power without judgment, punishment, blame, rejection, separation
      • Greater consciousness is the energy of unconditional love
    • Declaring: outwardly acknowledge your self-limiting emotion
      • Declare the truth about yourself out loud
  • Step 4: Surrendering
    • Surrendering: yield to a greater power and allow it to resolve your limitations or blocks
      • Trust in an outcome you haven’t thought of yet
      • Talk to and trust the quantum (universe, or higher power) as if it knows you well and loves and cares for you
        • If you start to doubt, become anxious, worry, get discouraged or overanalyze, you lose your connection and you undo the work you have done
      • Ask for help and turn over the unwanted state of mind
        • Ask the universe to reorganize it into something greater
      • Give thanks: thankfulness is the supreme state of receivership
  • New meditation process
    • Step 1: Induction
    • Step 2: Define a specific emotion you want to unmemorize
    • Step 3: Admit to a higher power who you have been, what you want to change about yourself and what you’ve been hiding. Declare what emotion you are releasing.
    • Step 4: Surrender this self-limiting state to the universe and ask that it be resolved in a way that is right for you
